Below Terms & Conditions govern the way You (The Customer) operate on this website operated by Remvi By The Bay (ABN 23605591973) (The restaurant). Terms & Conditions do changes as required. Remvi By The Bay dine-in menu items may differ from the takeaway/online ordering menu. We reserve our right to refuse, change or make unavailable any item deemed not suitable for online ordering service.
Item price is subject to change and correct at the time of publishing. All prices are inclusive of GST.
We take all possible care to make sure listed items are available. Sometimes it is possible that we may run out of ingredients or conditions out of our control that will cause food items to be not available. We will inform you of this immediately and if needed, item price will be refunded or adjusted.
Food Preparation Time
Our standard food preparation time is 20 minutes from the time we receive your order. This time frame may vary depends on how busy we are but if we require more time then we will inform you on time.
Payments are processed securely through eWAY payment gateway. We do not store your card. You can also pay through PayPal. You will not need a PayPal account to pay for the items. We accept Visa, Master, Debit or American Express Card. You must be 18 years of age and possess a valid payment card. We do not charge any surcharge for using your card.
We will start preparing food items as soon as we receive your order. Order can not be cancelled once placed and payment is received and we have started the preparation. Please contact us immediately if there is any issue with your order or payment.
In case of unfortunate event where we did not prepare your food as per your requirement and clear indication and we agreed to prepare as per then we will be happy to refund you either the full amount for the said item or the whole order. This will be decided after the discussion with you. There will be no refund if you change your mind after placing the order and we have started the preparation of your order.
We expect you to pickup your food items after our preparation time and as soon as you can. We will keep your food warm as much as possible but can not guarantee the right temperature if you are too late.
We deliver your food if you order online through our website on the stated days and time using our own delivery drivers. Please add 10 minutes for delivery on top of our food preparation time. We have third party delivery partners like Uber Eats, Menulog and Deliveroo. We do not take responsibilities of any delivery issues or food quality issues if you have ordered through these platforms.
Third Party Online Platform
We have partnership program with other online and app based site like Uber Eats, Menulog and Deliveroo. If you wish to order through these platforms, we do not take responsibilities for payment and deliveries. We receive order through these platform on your behalf and we prepare the food as per your requirement. Delivery is also organised by these platorms. In return we pay a commission. Please contact the platform you have used to order for any payment or delivery issue.
From time to time we will run various promotions and discount through our website. These promotions are only valid and applicable as stated. We reserve the right to refuse to apply the promotion if we see any irregularities with your order or the valid date has expired.
Table Booking Service
You can book a table for our dine-in service through booking form on our website. Your booking is not confirmed unless we inform you so either via text message, email or phone call. We reserve right to charge a non refundable booking fees for more than 8 persons booking. This fee is for no show purposes but will be adjusted with your final bill. Reserving a particular table is not guranted. We may readjust the table layout as per our requirement. You can also call us directly on 93971818.
