Every variety is vinified separately. The must stay contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks followed by the final blending.

A medium bodied wine. A slight tarriness with black cherry and raspberry combines with the mild tannins to make a great food wine.

Tempranillo in Spanish means early ripening and this wine grown on our home block did not disappoint in the mild and generally dry 2018 vintage. It was the first of the red grapes to come into the winery. The berries were loaded with colour coupled with enticing flavours which have come out in the wine.

The addition of a small amount of pine resin during fermentation provides the characteristics retsina flavour, while at the same time allowing the fruity aromas of these varietals to emerge. By adding the beneficial properties of resin known since the ancient times, the achieved result is a unique wine with a complete Greek identity. Served between 8-12 degrees Celsius. Excellent with all seafood especially with grilled octopus and grilled or pan fried Calamari. Grape Varieties of Savatiano and Rhoditis.




Dark red color, bluish hues. Black fruits and dried flowers on smoky and vanilla background. Nice volume and soft tannins balance with the acidity of the highlands. Long smoky aftertaste.

Cellar - Skin contact before fermentation 48 hours Alcoholic fermentation with the skins till the end. Maturation "sur lies" in stainless tanks during 6 months.

Ageing Potential - Ready for drinking now and will last for another 5 years getting more complexity and finesse. Decanting for 1 hour before drinking is recommended.




Straw yellow color with green hues. White flowers, basil, white nectarine and coconut butter on the nose. In the mouth the crispy acidity is well integrated by the tannins of the barrels. Nice complexity on the palate and a long refreshing after taste. Food pairings, Sea food, white fresh cheese and poultry.

Every variety is vinified separately. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at low temperature of Malagouzia and Asyrtiko must. 3 months on fine lees. The Chardonnay must is fermented in 300 litres oak barrels and stays 4 months in total. The final blend stays in a stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks before bottling.




Deep purple colour with vibrant red hues. Aromatic notes of red
fruit syrup, roasted fruits, spices. Robust, with well-processed tannins. The finish offers a long after-taste of roasted fruits. Ideal with red meat stews or cheese platters
